1. Agreement to Terms
By accessing or using the services provided by Plush ("we," "us," or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use our services.
2. Services
Plush provides search engine optimization (SEO) and generative engine optimization (GEO) services on a monthly subscription basis. Services include but are not limited to website optimization, content creation, link building, local search optimization, and AI search optimization.
3. Billing and Payment
Services are billed monthly in advance. Payment is due at the beginning of each billing cycle. We accept major credit cards and ACH transfers. Failure to pay may result in suspension of services.
4. No Guarantees
While we employ industry best practices, we cannot guarantee specific rankings, traffic numbers, or lead volumes. Search engine algorithms and AI platforms are controlled by third parties and are subject to change without notice.
5. Cancellation
You may cancel your subscription at any time with 30 days written notice. There are no long-term contracts or early termination fees. Upon cancellation, services will continue through the end of your current billing period.
6. Intellectual Property
Content created by Plush on your behalf (blog posts, web copy, etc.) becomes your property upon payment. Our proprietary processes, tools, and strategies remain the intellectual property of Plush.
7. Limitation of Liability
Plush shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the three months preceding the claim.
8. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be communicated via email and will take effect 30 days after notification.
